Gaining that shiny smile back by just changing your routine diet a little is like a dream come true. As many of the people think that our diet habits are not related to or affect our teeth. But it is not so. If we want healthy gums we need to take some precautions and take care of our diet.

Whole day we eat many things in too much of quantity without knowing their harmful impact on our teeth. Following are some of those harmful eatables which affect our teeth worse:

• Use of cold drinks
• Tea/coffee.
• Smoking
• Chewing betel leaf
These things may destroy our teeth and give that dirty look which may destroy our whole personality. Even we are so much beautiful or good looking but poor dental condition will make us look bad. So we should try to avoid these things and give our self a brighter look.
But leaving these habits are not so easy, as it takes time and you need to be too much patient for leaving these habits. As many people become addictive of using these things. They should try to stop using them and if not possible immediately then should try to reduce their use. And slowly they will get rid of these things.
